Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All of our products offer free standard shipping Worldwide.
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 7-15 business days for shipping to the US/Canada/UK/Europe and 14-20 business days for international shipping.
Tip Top Gizmos partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnerships. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take longer to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking or if you have questions)
Your delivery times depends on if your order is International or a Domestic order and also what shipping option you have selected. Your order goes through several steps before reaching your doorstep. Here are those steps:
Step 1 Confirm payment 0-1 business days
Step 2 Process order 1-2 business days
Step 3 Package order 1-2 business days
Step 4 Shipping over to your doorstep
USA/Canada/EU/UK/ Australia 9-14 business days
Rest of the World 11-22 business days
Please note that these timeframes are based off the local postal services and are not guaranteed. Exact time varies with exact destination. Holiday season orders can experience some delay due to volume.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Some products might shipped out separately and arrive at different times due to global warehouse availability.
Customs, duties and taxes
We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee's incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. We charge the required amount during the checkout process but are unable to request the additional charges as those are in place through your countries customs, specifically.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
Lost or damaged packages
If item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item with no extra cost to you provided sufficient proof is provided.
