We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in Canada and $100 in the United States (after all discounts and promotions are applied).

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer low cost worldwide shipping on all items and we ship to most countries in the world. We are currently not shipping to Afghanistan, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal & Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services, wars or sanctions.

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Orman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

My order came in separate packages?

Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada,China, Europe ).

Sometimes orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually, therefore you may receive one item before the next.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. The email will also guide you how to track your package with your carrier. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

When will my tracking information appear?
